This has been added in todays update. When being permanently banned, the message now states that.

Not exactly sure if I can follow with this one, or what bans you mean. Because in our banning interface, we are able to specify a time and a reason separately always.

pixeldesu: when i was banned temporarily, my ban reason stated: "banned until (whatever time i was unbanned for)". and ive heard from others that they never received a reason when they were banned, and they are unsure if it was permanent or temporary.
