Unable to view direct link to answers

I used to be able to click a link underneath a question and it would load up the answer as a separate page, but the only way to do that now is to copy to clipboard and find it through pasting

This makes it difficult to copy the full answer to different websites

The link to answers is still on the timestamp, but it is now beside the username at the bottom, not below it. 
I assume the problem is now because the link doesn't seem to be copy-able because of the tooltip that appears when holding down on it.
Is that the problem?
